MEA End User Business Analyst

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective business plans to maximize identified opportunities and achieve performance goals within the MEA (Middle East and Africa) End User organization. The role develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis, formulates them into business plans, analyzes financial data (budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling), and monitors performance against strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and make recommendations
• Work independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance
• Define metrics required to measure business performance; compare actual data to forecasted values; develop processes for identifying and addressing performance gaps
• Manage complex, time-sensitive market research projects; synthesize data to identify relevant trends
• Identify, cultivate, and foster new business opportunities and relationships to increase revenue and enhance profitability
• Contribute to priority projects with complex analysis and assist in developing recommendations
• Work closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data
• Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns
• Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions

Qualifications

• Education: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline (or commensurate work experience/demonstrated competence)
• Experience: Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience)
